A great resort style stay, a bit of old Bali

Very beautiful and hugh areas of tropical gardens. Expansive water features. Had a pleasant upgrade on arrival. Massive amount of restaurant's, bars cafe's, etc on the beach at the beach side of the hotel grounds.

Breakfasts could have been better. TV in room of this standard, far too small and too far away from bed

Comfortable resort with pleasant dining area. Limited beds on the beach.

Very nice resort, rooms, pools, garden etc. The restaurant was excellent. We appreciated the dining environment in the evening. The location is not too far from Sanur port which is convenient for ferries to the islands.

The first room turned out to be a bit noisy because of the small corridor it was situated at. The second room in the garden was considerably more pleasant. The number of beds on the beach was limited and quickly occupied.

Wonderful

The staff were so polite helpful and friendly. The beach was just a few steps away. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was lovely as typically Balinese.

Its i very nice place, location, rooms, breakfast area, swimmingpools, small places in the garden you can sit in the shadow

Some times maybe 4-5 times it was a little difficalt to get the attensioon from staff. But most the service was exellent

A winner for a young family

The staff were lovely, personable and welcoming. It was perfect for our little family, especially with our 1.5 year old. The grounds were safe to wander, the swings were fun but the pools were the highlight - the lagoon pool was our favourite. We were blown away by the range and quality of food at the buffet - every morning we had a delicious meal. The room was a fair size, with a bathroom with both shower and bath was perfect for our little one. Spa treatments were also of high calibre. It was also such a lovely surprise to be given a cake and fruit plate for my birthday. We're looking forward to returning and staying again in the future.

The bed wasn't the comfiest, but that's all personal opinion and what I didn't like, someone else might love.

Very enjoyable lovely grounds

I don’t like that you have to buy your coffee at breakfast The coffee machines they use are slow and end product poor $5 for a coffee from a big machine made by a barista I could buy a coffee and large croissant for $5 at the Maya on my walk When I am laying this type of money I expect barista coffee to be included We normally stay at the Hyatt Sanur and they provide it all in the cost

Exceptional

Peaceful and quiet. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way for you. Breakfast was excellent a lot of choices. The gardens at the hotel were amazing.

They could probably have staff come down more often to the other pools to see if people would like to order food or drinks. Most of the time I would have to go and find someone to place an order. Also I found the beds way to hard and only having one thin pillow each wasn’t enough, but when I asked for extra pillows and an extra topper on the bed the staff were more than happy to help us.

Pleasant and relaxing stay, great location, quiet in rooms.

Excellent facilities, great two pools and swim up bar, beautiful and immaculate grounds and gardens, friendly and accomodating staff from the cleaners to the reception, clean rooms, good air conditioning, comfortable beds.

Sewer smell from drains in bathroom, did not prepare bedding on initial check in for my child, also did not provide a towel or complimentary water for my child on check in. Rectified on further days of stay. Was not told we had to book restaurant for dinner when we arrived in afternoon, expensive spa.

Great location, very nice resort, however probably a bit overpriced due to the condition of our room

Great resort, pools, restaurant etc were great. Grounds were very well kept, great location on beachfront.

Shower had two shower heads, one of these didn’t work so we only had the hand held one. TV reception was ok, tv was a little small but you don’t go to Bali to watch tv so it was acceptable. Room cleanliness was average. We arrived a few hours before check in time, but there was no way we were going to be given our room a minute before 2pm. I understand why there are check in times, but most resorts would change the order rooms are prepared if someone arrives early - just an opportunity where this resort could have stepped up their customers service if they had chosen to.

Beautiful

Amazing people work here. Make you feel very comfortable and welcome.

There are 3 pools. 1 large with a lifeguard and 2 smaller. I found that many children were in the smaller pools playing ball games, arguing, bombing and making it impossible for a quiet, sedate and relaxing swim. I suggest that one of the smaller pools be made adult only.

Great, would visit again!

Staff were fantastic. Byrd House restaurant had an awesome vibe and the food was amazing. Great location for the getting to places around Sanur and beyond. Beautiful gardens and well maintained rooms.
